9. Community Access & Conduct

When granted access to private groups (e.g. Telegram channels or mentoring sessions), you agree to:

• Keep member discussions confidential;

• Refrain from abusive or disrespectful behaviour; and

• Not share login details or resources with any third party.
  We may revoke access without refund for breaches of these standards.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Services and immediate access on purchase:

• All sales are final.

• Accessing any part of a course or group communication waives your right to a refund under UK consumer-law exemptions for digital content.
  This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
